Counselling encompasses all the issues connected with the regulations contained in the labour code and executive acts, in particular:

  • preparing the model contracts, e.g.: employment contracts, managerial contracts, material liability of employees contracts,
  • dealing with the issues of the employment relationship dissolution,
  • functioning of trade unions and collective labour agreements,
  • preparing and evaluating workplace regulations, pay regulations, works staff welfare fund and statutes,
  • settling industrial disputes, including representation in labour courts.
